Use of task manager in ms windows

They should bring back the right click on task bar option. Hey, thanks for mentioning this. Really appreciate the info. I have been stuck on a app for 18 days tried opening task manager but it didn't open will I ever get out of this app??

There's no reason for them to have removed that. All it left us with is "taskbar settings" as if that helps, at all. The annoyance is the removal of the right click on the taskbar. Which was removed for… taskbar settings. Again, while I appreciate there are many ways, the fact that they removed the right click in the taskbar is the issue. On the Performance tab you can click on Options that are on the left side to View different Graphic representations of how some of the Devices in your computer are working. My original question that I was seeking an answer for is that in the lists of Apps there is a number in parentheses after the name of the App and I was wondering what that number meant.
