I wish I could control if it says it slowly or normal rather that it going back and forth every time I hit it. Keep up the great work. The program is very good with repetition if you wish to play the lessons over and over again.

I contacted multiple times without reply and continued to be charged every month once my trial ended. The page to edit my subscription via iTunes does not even show a cancellation option.

I've had to sort it through with Apple's support team. Other users have posted reviews with similar frustrations. You need to hold your billing and ease of cancellation to a higher standard. I should not have to take time out of my night to sort out your lapses, and neither should any future users that decide your product is not the right one after all.
